Wickaboxet Management Area

Routes
The cliff at Wickaboxet Management Area is a few hundred feet long and averages 15 to 20 feet in height. The rock is granite with little or no loose rock. There is a lot of lichen on the rock but some routes are periodically cleaned by local climbers. Much of the cliff is low angled and hardly worth climbing. There is one route on the far right side of the cliff that is vertical and you will get about five good moves out of it before topping out.
Protection
There are trees just about everywhere at the top of the cliff to set up top-ropes. Due to the height of the cliffs practicing leading is not really practical.
