Lantern Hill

Routes
The cliffs are about 50 feet in height. The white quartzite offers clean, juggy, vertical to slightly overhanging routes. All the climbing is concentrated on the cliffs on the southwest side of the hill. There are large (80 ft) cliffs on the northeast side but they see little activity and are lichen covered. There are commonly climbed routes but I don't know of any "official" names or grading. Most of my information is from locals who climb there. See the route guide below.
Protection
Bring extra long webbing or a static rope to set up top rope anchors. There is one route (5.6) on the left side that can be led with decent pro.
Access
This is on private land owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation. You climb there due to their good will. Please be respectful of that.
